At AEROLITH, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
  • Additional charges for remote or difficult-to-service locations may apply.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and be available to receive the package.
  • If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or return charges.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Delays

  • AEROLITH is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our responsibility is limited to dispatching the order to the selected courier after processing.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel

  • We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
